We will then confirm your return with you and provide all the necessary details.

Unless the goods are damaged, defective or not as specified on your Order of Confirmation, you are responsible for returning the goods back to the Yarm Computers Ltd.  The goods must be in their original packaging and must be pristine condition with no damage to the product or packaging. We highly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.  If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
