Yarm Computers Ltd offer several different delivery options. We use couriers such as ParcelForce and UPS to deliver your order. Prices for our standard delivery service are below.

We deliver to the UK mainland ONLY.

We endeavour to fulfil all of our delivery methods as soon as possible.  Next day delivery will be fulfilled as long as your order is placed before 2:30 PM, and your payment is cleared and has been authorised. We use 3rd party couriers so next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Heavy items: Over 20kg in weight or oversized products.

If the item(s) you are ordering are out of stock and you wish to place a backorder, then please contact us at sales@yarmcomkputers.co.uk including your name, address and contact details and we will back order the products for you. These goods will then be shipped based on your delivery option as soon as they are available.

Delivery to a different address:

We will deliver to a different address other than the registered payment address, although we cannot guarantee it. This decision is based on a number of risk assessments that we carry out once your order is placed. If we cannot deliver to a different address you will receive an email requesting delivery to the registered payment address. All our orders can be tracked online allowing you to ensure you are able to accept delivery.

Next Day Delivery:

Our cut off for next working day delivery is 2:30pm for Online Orders. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

If you are not able to receive your consignment then please tell us as soon as you can, our couriers will attempt to deliver any consignment up to 3 times, after the 3rd time the consigment is sent back to Yarm Computers Ltd and an extra delivery charge will be incurred.
